Built Without Permission
Built Without Permission is the podcast for entrepreneurs who never waited for someone to hand them the blueprint.
Hosted by Matthew Mak, a former architect turned tow truck operator, landscaper, and equipment rental company owner, this show offers a raw, unfiltered look at what it actually takes to build multiple businesses from the ground up without a roadmap, a safety net, or anyone's approval.
Every episode dives into the real decisions, hard pivots, expensive lessons, and unconventional strategies that separate the people who talk about building something from the ones who actually do it. No theory. No fluff. No permission needed.
Whether you are a tradesperson with an entrepreneurial itch, a business owner navigating your next reinvention, or someone who has been told your path does not make sense, Built Without Permission is proof that the best businesses are rarely built by the book.
This is the show for the ones who break ground before they feel ready.

You ever notice the people doing the most aren't asking for advice? This is built without permission. I'm Matthew Mak. Before I ever drew a blueprint or signed a business deal, I was folding suits, hauling snow, and washing glasses until 2 a.m. Then came architecture, tow trucks, and a built business from the ground up with my partner. No blueprint, no safety net, no approval. Just real stories, hard pivots, and what it actually takes to build something from nothing. Let's get to work. It's going well. Thank you for asking. It's going well. And uh how was your day today? Excellent.
Laura CostaIt's been great. Yeah, really good day.
Matthew MakThat's good.
Laura CostaSo it's better now.
Matthew MakYeah, and I'm really thankful that you could find the time as well to share with me here. Uh, so let's start off with if I met you before any of this existed, and whatever you're doing, whatever I'm doing, what would I have found you doing?
Laura CostaSo, like before real estate, before I decided on this path, what would I be doing instead?
Matthew MakYes.
Laura CostaI have this dream of being able to like just live on a yacht and travel to different places in the Mediterranean and be like a wine connoisseur.
Matthew MakYeah.
Laura CostaThat would have been my first choice, I think.
Matthew MakBut can't you just not do that now, too?
Laura CostaI I can do that now. Hey, maybe that's like a closer to retirement plan. Yeah. Yeah. So I actually do, I love what I'm doing now, but that's something I definitely think about as an ultimate dream desire of mine.
Matthew MakYeah, and and the the cool thing is is that like if you keep it in your mind always, like you're not think about every day, but subconsciously, and you you you create that that dream that you know you're gonna get there, it's gonna happen, and it could even happen sooner than you expect it to.
Laura CostaYou're right, right?
Matthew MakYeah, all it just takes is just one big deal, no?
Laura CostaProbably several, but yeah, several? I don't know.
Matthew MakI'm just saying it depends on the market that you're in, right? Maybe you're gonna make that deal by it's gonna be several. Yeah, you know, you never know, right? I love that. It's it's just you know, it's uh it comes with just adapting, right? Like if you know if things aren't going good in one spot, maybe it's gonna go better in another spot, right? And it's just a matter of you're able to shift. I think we're kind of like as humans, we're very close to like being chameleons in a way.
Laura CostaI I think of myself like that. I've actually referred to myself like that many times. You you kind of have to be adaptive, especially in business, right?
Matthew MakIt's like for sure, for sure. Not just in not just business, I think it's just in life in general, right? Yeah, for sure. For sure. For someone that's living, let's say, uh that's been they're growing up their whole life in a centralized uh you know uh city or town, right? Let's just say like Vaughn, for example, and then you're moving all the way up to Barrie, you know, then you're just like that that that's a huge change and adapting shift, but you get over it.
Laura CostaIt's true. We have no choice, we gotta keep going.
Matthew Mak100%. Now, okay, what did a normal week actually look like in year one when you started what you're doing? Give us kind of like the hour by hour, not the highest real or highlight real. Sorry.
Laura CostaYeah, so uh I would say like when I first started what I was doing, I really like I didn't know what I was doing, so it's not really a great representation of probably what was needed to succeed in business. I did have a mentor, he he was amazing, so I shadowed him a lot, and I just sort of I went on appointments with him. I I had a lot of you know uh in-depth chats with him about certain situations and how to kind of navigate um being in real estate. Yeah, I think probably I went on a lot of lunches, like too many lunches that I shouldn't have done at the beginning. You're just kind of like in that social aspect of it all and just excited, right? I did go, I visited a lot of conference, like I went to conferences. I I sort of just tried to absorb as much knowledge as I could. Um but yeah, I think I think like it's it's not as glamorous as people think it is, this this job, right? It's very, it's it's like the consistent, boring, mundane tasks are what keep you very successful and in it. So I think I was doing a lot of that too.
Matthew MakAnd then it's would you say like from that and where you are uh it obviously was beneficial though, right? Because you just built character and learning what works, what doesn't work.
Laura CostaAbsolutely. I think I think it's it's the best to sort of go through some really hard times, yeah. Uh, which I definitely did. And I do think you can't get that kind of grit and discipline and sort of self-motivation and all of those characteristics that I I feel like I'm so proud of. I wouldn't have gotten had it been like easy and glamorous right from the beginning, right? So yeah, very great.
Matthew MakSo have you have you hit glamorous now?
Laura CostaUh I don't know, it's not really glamorous. Get in there, still get in there. But I don't even know that I need glamorous, I don't know. I actually, you know, it's it's funny. It's like, you know, I've thought many times, like, yeah, I'd love to be on HGTV.
Matthew MakBut it's like listen, it's not impossible.
Laura CostaI also I also I love just really what this is all about, which is connecting with people and helping them reach incredible goals and like me being part of that journey is I just think the biggest privilege.
Matthew MakSo yeah, that's awesome. That's awesome. So tell me about a partnership or hire that blew up and what did you miss?
Laura CostaI don't so I don't know that anything's like blown up really, per se, in my life. I think it is natural for things to just come to an end as difficult, challenging as that may be in the moment. Like you I've always known it's meant to be sort of thing. I think like yeah, have I had things not work out? Sure, various assistance, various I guess, sort of situations or even friendships in general, that those like shaped sort of how I was becoming in my business or impacting me on a day-to-day that then, you know, kind of disintegrated naturally, or you know, I just it just didn't work. Yeah, I just started the journey, right? Yeah, and I think it does take time for me to kind of figure things out because I am someone who's very um like I see the good in a lot of situations, I want things to work out. I'm always kind of looking at more positive things, yeah. Um, so I do think that's maybe something for me to look at and work on more so as I, you know, get more established, get older, um, just kind of like more quickly making those decisions.
Matthew MakYeah.
Laura CostaUm, but I don't I yeah, I wouldn't say anything's like blown up. I think it's just yeah, things haven't worked out and it's been okay, it's been for the better.
Matthew MakYeah, and then you I guess you were able to kind of like like you're kind of saying that you kind of foreseen it that it was bound to happen just within whatever time frame it was, right?
Laura CostaYeah, I think I am such a believer in like everything happens the way it's supposed to happen. I I literally I even say that to clients when I'm working with them, you know. Like for instance, the buyers who are able to bounce back quickly after something that doesn't work out are the ones who will just more quickly be successful at whatever they're looking to accomplish. Same with sellers, like you know, so I they're looking for a solution right away. Yeah, I really I do live by that. It's like everything that happens is meant to happen. It's it's all of course this beautiful journey we're on, right?
Matthew MakAnd that's where like also like I've more recent than before. Um, I I feel that uh coincidence is not a coincidence, it's just like you're saying it just meant to happen, right? So, like the timing of you know, when you're meeting different people, whether it's through networking, whether it's through business, whether it's through personal life, that it was like that given moment that you're meant to see or talk to that person. Yeah, and maybe it was literally that moment that you need to hear certain keynotes that just totally uplifts you and changes things for you. And it's it's pretty wild. It is right, like you just have some sort of like gravitational, like you know, positivity force that comes at your way that everything positive keeps coming.
Laura CostaYeah, well, and and you know, the whole like butterfly effect, it's so real, it's like you'd never be in certain situations if it weren't for just random chance situations, right? And and I do think like all of that is so just beautiful when you think about it.
Matthew MakOh, yeah, no, for sure. And then uh you know, and then with with uh how do you say it, like with talking with people, multiple people, uh, and being able to share experiences and being able to uh hear other people's experience. It may not be exactly the same as yours, whether good, whether bad, but it makes you feel not alone. You know, like it's it's it's pretty wild how just something like a simple conversation like that with someone can really change that feeling inside of us.
Laura CostaYeah, right. Absolutely, yeah.
Matthew MakIt's pretty powerful dynamics.
Laura CostaYeah, I agree. And I think too, when you're able to get really deep and have those super vulnerable moment moments, I think it's just even more kind of special to like connect on that level.
Matthew MakYeah. And then like for um the buying and selling, uh, is it homes specifically, or do you do everything like commercial as well, or specifically just residential or custom home?
Laura CostaYeah, like I you know, I'm licensed to literally sell any sort of real estate in Ontario. Um I would say uh like do I have experience in commercial real estate? I do, uh, I don't focus on it, but I can help with it. And when people do approach me with questions about that, I just make sure I team up and collaborate with other agents who are well versed and I can I can just work in collaboration with something I'm super big on, right? Yeah, um, even even if people come to me that are looking outside of Ontario or that are moving from outside of Ontario. Again, I have like a really large referral network that I can connect with and just assist that way. But for the most part, I deal with residential real estate, you know, helping buyers and sellers anywhere from you know small condos to more large customs, yeah, customs, sure. But you build like literally anything, and I'm I'm all over, but I pride myself on just like really understanding anything that my clients need and just figuring things out.
Matthew MakYeah, cool. Yeah, and that's what's that's what makes the difference, right? Is the is I find communication is just everything.
Laura CostaOh yeah, that's number that's key.
Matthew MakYeah, and then also understanding and like interpretation too, right? And this is where uh I find that there's times where um when you're saying the same th thing, but let's say between you the two people in front of you, each person might interpret what you're saying completely different, of course, right? And then it's just a matter of communicating what you're trying to really say so that there's no misunderstanding.
Laura CostaThere is literally always a meaning behind what someone is actually saying. You're so right about that, correct, right? And I think as a real estate agent, I think as a person in general, I was always big on like getting better at communicating. But as a real estate agent, if you can be really extra good at listening and understanding 100%, it will take you so much further.
Matthew MakYeah, yeah, like and and to that point, I actually funny enough, I had a situation recently where it was um just picking up my car. No, sorry, I was calling in for a service for my car. Okay, and the person on the phone, the receiving end, I was explaining them to something, uh, or explaining them something, and they weren't listening to me, they weren't letting me talk. And they were trying to just prove that whatever they're relaying to me, the information they have in front of them on their screen was accurate. So they weren't hearing me out. So it was to the point where I just said, Okay, whatever. You're right. Next call, let me talk to someone else. Right? Like there's there's a lot of that, but then now it's just you know, the old me would probably say, you know, can you let me talk? Like WTF, right? Yeah, but now like how I am now, it's like, okay, you know what? This is what that person knows, this is how they're receiving it. I can't fault them for that. That's just who they are. I can move on and make my different decisions here.
Laura CostaYeah, you know what? It's so good that you can just work on your reaction because at the end of the day, it's like, yeah, it's not really about you.
Matthew MakNo, it's not. So get that. Yeah, and then once you like um and and we all go through it day to day is the emotions, does definitely play a huge effect in every action and everything we say on a daily basis, right? And what sucks is that when not recognizing when let's say you're emotionally talking, could actually be doing more damage than you really think it is.
Laura CostaYeah, so true.
Matthew MakRight, but but let's not go down that path. We're only talking positive here.
Laura CostaOkay, all good, yeah.
Matthew MakUh okay, so what's a skill nobody taught you that turned out to matter more than anything you learned in school or training?
Laura CostaI think it's it is the communication piece that we've kind of been like talking about already. It's um you don't realize like how important it is to just know how to communicate with people, how to connect with people. That is not something that's learned in school, like in any sort of program I've done. And then, of course, in real estate, everyone knows like what you learn in real estate school to get in is just you literally learn from the practice of it, right? So I think the communication piece is big. I think also things like negotiations, they're not really taught. And I don't even know if that's something that can be taught. I feel like again, it's kind of like this really delicate dance and like art form on honestly, that you're just you're just trying to make something come together, and it's it's challenging because you've got to put aside like ego, you've got to put aside your own maybe preference or opinions of a situation, yeah, and just really think about like what is the end goal that everyone's trying to reach. Yeah, so I feel like those things communication slash negotiation, which are kind of just goes, they go hand in hand, and it you just learn that through experience, and you learn that through I think knowledge and courses, other than really what's taught in like our typical educational system, and then in any kind of business school, let's say, right?
Matthew MakYeah, no, for sure, and even like um finances.
Laura CostaOh, yeah.
Matthew MakLike no one ever tells you nothing about that. Yeah, that's a big one. I try to avoid that topic.
Laura CostaYeah, I just like to, yeah, no, for sure. But it's just like vacations and just spot the one so hard, right? Yeah, no, for sure. Why not?
Matthew MakWell, yeah, it's it's not like you don't deserve it, we all deserve it, right? It's just yeah, yeah, it's just figuring out how to manage it, right? And that's definitely not something that's taught, right? And you know what actually really sucks is that you would think that also, let's say parents-wise or even like close family would at least share something, yeah, but they don't.
Laura CostaYeah, I think though, even when parents are trying to instill this kind of knowledge, like they're not it's not necessarily translating because of the way it's hard to kind of the way they're saying it, right? It's hard to teach, it's hard to like, you know, it it's like that's it's a challenging thing, and I think it's um yeah, I don't know how much we want to get into this, but I feel like it's almost on purpose, not taught.
Matthew MakSo we can all just figure it out, yeah.
Laura CostaFigure it out, be all over the place.
Matthew MakLike you know, it's not it's not great, but it's like well, yeah, and then but like to your point though, is let's say our generation, we are the figure it out, find a solution, right? Which is okay. Things are so different now. Yeah, with the newer generations, is they're they don't have that same mindset.
Laura CostaYeah, it's true, it's very different.
Matthew MakYeah, yeah. Um, okay, let's see here. These are easy questions for you, eh?
Laura CostaLike, I think no. Why? You don't think it's all good, it's all good.
Matthew MakI'm just playing.
Laura CostaI I feel like this is it's just easy for me to reflect, I guess. But I'm sure 100%. I'm sure you can stump me, Matt.
Matthew MakNo, no, no. I'm not here to stomp you. I'm not here to stomp you. I'm here to get it all out of you.
Laura CostaYeah, good. I love that. No, I love it.
Matthew MakSo, okay, what's a rule you refuse to break no matter what it costs you?
Laura CostaUm, I think that's again along the lines of um just not just making sure that my priority always remains very pure in terms of what I'm doing. So never being about the transaction and about getting so successful that I lose sight of really what's important. So it's making those connections, being that really memorable agent, then people are like, wow, she really she really helped us through and she really cared. Like that's I will never I never want to lose sight of that. And I and I think for me it's just yeah, it's just not getting so um wrapped up in yeah just transacting often. And you know, I know like we're all we're in a commission-based business at the end of the day, but it's never been about that for me. So that's just something like again, I just you want to always leave that good experience, right?
Matthew MakLike it's just like what um what you're doing, even what I'm doing, it's it's technically service, right? Everything's service, right? And how how memorable you make it.
Laura CostaUh exactly. And then it's like when when people refer you, when people or people see how I am online and they feel drawn to me when they've never even met me, is is then actually a very big deal. So like building that brand that just gets known for that level of service is just something I'm super passionate about.
Matthew MakAnd you're gonna get more when you start singing, so we all know that.
Laura CostaI know we still gotta get on that man. Thank you for that reminder. I will imagine blow up when I sing.
Matthew MakOh my god, yeah, it's it's gonna blow up, I'm telling you. I'm I'm still waiting for my one shot there. You know, one of those songs is gonna catch someone's attention.
Laura CostaNo, you're you're literally the best of mine, like your energy is just so good.
Matthew MakUh yeah, I just I try to upkeep as best as I can.
Laura CostaWell, yeah, you're just you're super free and you're super yourself. I think people can see that and feel that, right? And that's it's uh something that's gotten a little lost, so it's nice.
Matthew MakYeah, no, for sure. And then that's where I find that it's like when you can share and show yourself as who you really are, that's what people want. They don't want the fake, they don't want the act, they don't want the you know, yeah, it's nice to see like on content some things that are yeah, video edited and whatnot. Yeah, it's cool, but then also they want to see the reality of things, right?
Laura Costa100%.
Matthew MakEveryone wants to live our reality, Laura. What the heck?
Laura CostaWell, you know what? You could help it. When you're in it, you might not want it.
Matthew MakYeah, there's no going back, you just gotta keep going forward. So funny now, so um, in terms of like like things now, um, with obviously uh there's a lot of talks, and this is off the script here.
Laura CostaOkay, is uh I'm into it.
Matthew MakIt's like AI and stuff. Have you actually touched into it other than just questioning and answering?
Laura CostaNot really, probably not to the extent that I could, but I do I have a team that works a little behind the scenes for me that is taking on more of that back end stuff that I really just don't care to be part of. Because no, because I know it's so important, but it's not like really my job is to just be face to face with people, connect, 100%, like make deals happen and and that that kind of prospecting and that kind of you know uh level of communication and work. So it's I find it's very interesting and it's definitely gonna take people, business owners in general, to another level.
Matthew MakYes.
Laura CostaUm, but have I personally dabbled in it to the extent where it's like made a huge difference? Not yet, but I'm I'm in the works of like again, like I said, behind the scenes like people doing that cool uh for benefit.
Matthew MakYeah, I I I talk to computers all the time.
Laura CostaYeah, look, don't don't get do I do I sometimes ask questions about like why is my washing machine doing this? Yes. You know, like I I'm currently doing a paper towel test for like a war. There you go.
Matthew MakSo now you're gonna do commercial ad for uh for uh for bounty and then for Kirklands and see which one's gonna soak up the most, right? With one sheet.
Laura CostaYeah, so look, it's useful. There's there's pros and cons to everything, right? But uh I don't know if you're going with with your question, if you're going to the extent of like, are you worried about your job being replaced? Like I
Matthew MakAbsolutely not. So definitely not because it's not a replacement. Yeah. But you you're you're right in terms of yeah, it will help because in terms of advancing. So it will help advance even who you have behind the scenes yourself in further more than what you're what you can capably do, right? Agree. It's just finding that um where is let's say things that you could be bottlenecked in, right? That that could actually solve your problem on those parts that can give you that more time, right? To do other things.
Laura CostaYeah. I think I think so. Just to speak to that point, like some things that I get hung up on a lot are uh like the aesthetics of my marketing or things like that, where I I could get wrapped up and spend way too much time on that, which is important an important aspect to me, but not something I need to be spending a lot of time on. So that's again where the outsourcing comes in, and maybe where AI comes in and helps with those ideas, right? That's just one small example, but yeah.
Matthew MakFeng shui. It's all about feng shui in certain areas. For sure. So funny. Like the uh front door can't have directly against the the back door because your luck's going in and out the door. Yeah, you know.
Laura CostaI know the way your bed faces when you walk in, the way the elephant trunk faces. If you have an elephant, and I know, trust me, I got I got uh all the little superstitions of the homes.
Matthew MakI don't know if I ever I told you the story if you knew so, like, or maybe you have you seen it through some of my content, but yeah, I was I was in architecture for for like 10 years, so I used to design residential homes. Okay, so I can totally relate the feels of what you're going through, and the reasoning of actually why things were designed the way they were, and some people might ask why were they designed the way they were, it's just because and someone apped up.
Laura CostaNo, honestly, though, it's cool even when you start to understand different cultures and like what they it's it what they were brought up with and what they believe is just actually really cool.
Matthew MakOh, yeah, like the number four for like the Asian culture is it means you know what it means. Do you you do right? Or no, yeah, okay. So then I couldn't believe that actually there were neighborhoods that would skip house number four, like because of that community. I'm like, yeah, it's crazy.
Laura CostaWell, even now or they add a letter in condos, it's like complete floors.
Matthew MakOh, complete you're absolutely right. Yes, fourth floor is a gap, you pass it. Yeah, you pass it, you're absolutely right. And then I'm like, that's just wild.
Laura CostaIt's crazy how how it shapes the way we do things, but hey, hey, whatever works, right?
Matthew MakWhatever sells, yeah, sure.
Laura CostaAt the end of the day, right?
Matthew MakBecause there's the right buyers, like um, so in Hong Kong, believe it or not, um, people of Hong Kong that know Toronto for the decades, they know Bayview Avenue. Isn't that crazy? Even if they haven't been here, but they know about it because of word of mouth and how it's spread and how that culture, you know, pretty much lived along Bayview from like Shepherd all the way up to God knows where, uh, past Richmond Hill, right? But it's like they haven't even been here. They're like, Oh, yeah, if we want to go to Toronto, we want to live in Bayview. It's like, yeah, isn't that crazy? It is like how like powerful that mind translation or the even the word of mouth has traveled across seas. Yeah, that part blows my mind.
Laura CostaIt is well, that's because it's because of how connected we are too, because of where people are coming from and then they still have roots, right? It's like yeah, yeah, fascinating for sure.
Matthew MakIt's super fascinating, right? All the Italians started in Etobicoke, and then they went to Woodbridge, and now they're all as far north as possible because it's getting way too crowded, right? It's like my kids in their school, it's all like 90% of the teachers are Italian.
Laura CostaYeah. Yeah.
Matthew MakYou go south, you don't get that as much as anymore.
Laura CostaNo, it's true. It's so true.
Matthew MakYeah. So tell me, what is it built without permission means to you?
Laura CostaI I actually love the this title. I feel like it's so it's catchy, but it's also it's like people that are not necessarily just part of the mold or you know, um living in a way that they feel is best for them or how they were told to live, but actually just following their intuition, following maybe like a gut feeling or a higher calling, whatever you want to call it, to just um like fill up fulfill their purpose. And I think that's built without permission is like you are you are doing that, you're figuring that out, you're you're like going through the motions of of life and like yes, we're impacted by people in our lives, our environment, our parents, our education, whatever, all of that, but still just being able to fight through maybe those comfort zones or those fears and and just keep like moving towards what we feel is is our purpose at the end of the day.
Matthew MakSo yeah, and you want to just you you just do what you want to do.
Laura CostaYeah, it's it's like just not really, and I think that's you know, that's a journey, like that it's not easy, right? Because a lot of us do go through um, you know, what what people might think, what the optics might be, what are we upsetting anyone, um, or whatever it is, right? But but I do think, yeah, just doing really what feels right for you at the core is just is of course amazing thing you can do in life. Everything else is why we're there, right?
Matthew MakYeah, of course. And then everything else you kind of like realize it's just it's just noise, right? Yeah, and um, you know, I'm very big on the subconscious and and learning from what I'm learning is that you know it it uh it tries to always overrule us in our thoughts, but then it's creating things that aren't true yet unless you make it true.
Laura CostaRight.
Matthew MakRight.
Laura CostaI mean the the beautiful thing is like we have the ability to reprogram ourselves at any point, it just it just takes it takes something, right?
Matthew MakSo yeah. So I'm born a computer, so yeah, very easily.
Laura CostaYeah, you're probably a lot better at just like a couple little commands, a couple little keyboards.
Matthew MakReset, yeah.
Laura CostaYou're like, all right, you know what, I'm done with this mindset and boop, yeah.
Matthew MakYeah, yeah.
Laura CostaWhereas I need to like you know, rewrite an affirmation 55 million times and then I get it.
Matthew MakWhatever it is, whatever it is, you know, whatever it works and however much time it takes, you know.
Laura CostaYeah, exactly.
Matthew MakYeah, but yeah, you're you're right. Like we we we're able to bounce back pretty quickly. Just it's just this matter of how fast you can recognize whatever the thoughts are.
Laura CostaYeah, agreed.
Matthew MakRight? And then it yeah, and then like it's like it's like you're tricking your brain saying, is it that really true? What I'm thinking, yeah. Is it true? Like, does this person really care or this person or that?
Laura CostaLike, yeah, no, right?
Matthew MakWe're all busy.
Laura CostaI I honestly though think that does come with experience and it comes with building your confidence, it comes with course, you know, really knowing who you are, and that's that takes time, you know. It's it's an ongoing, it's an ongoing thing in life.
Matthew MakYeah. And it's um another cool thing I learned, uh, like not learn, like we all learn this, but it's just you know, as much as we all know, but when you um how do you say it, when you uh hear from someone else as a reminder, you already knew it, but it's just like a refresher to remind you, right? So like the explanation of anything that we do, it's like no different than learning how to walk, learning how to ride a bike, learning a sport, learning how to cook, learning how to do that. It took time right to get where you are to get to those skills, right? It's no different in what we do.
Laura CostaYeah, right.
Matthew MakIt's always just when the what really counts is when you execute it. Are you actually doing it? Whatever it is, you gotta do it for the difference to actually be impactful. If you just keep himming and hawing about what if, how, this and that, it's gonna stay that way, right? Yeah, it's just how can you figure out in in in the time that you have now?
Laura CostaIt's that chameleon characteristic, right?
Matthew MakYeah, absolutely. Well, thank you, Laura. If people want to find you, where are we finding you, Laura?
Laura CostaI mean, obviously, I'm happy to give you my address, my phone number, why would I do that?
