Built Without Permission
Built Without Permission is the podcast for entrepreneurs who never waited for someone to hand them the blueprint.
Hosted by Matthew Mak, a former architect turned tow truck operator, landscaper, and equipment rental company owner, this show offers a raw, unfiltered look at what it actually takes to build multiple businesses from the ground up without a roadmap, a safety net, or anyone's approval.
Every episode dives into the real decisions, hard pivots, expensive lessons, and unconventional strategies that separate the people who talk about building something from the ones who actually do it. No theory. No fluff. No permission needed.
Whether you are a tradesperson with an entrepreneurial itch, a business owner navigating your next reinvention, or someone who has been told your path does not make sense, Built Without Permission is proof that the best businesses are rarely built by the book.
This is the show for the ones who break ground before they feel ready.

Do you ever notice the people doing the most aren't asking for advice? This is built without permission. I'm Matthew Mack. Before I ever drew a blueprint or signed a business deal, I was folding suits, hauling snow, and washing glasses until 2 a.m. Then came architecture, tow trucks, and a built business from the ground up with my partner. No blueprint, no safety net, no approval. Just real stories, hard pivots, and what it actually takes to build something from nothing. Let's get to work. So I'm here with Yasmin on Built Without Permission. How's it going? Welcome.
Yasmin SaadSo good. Thanks for having me here, Matthew. I'm excited to be here and chat with you today.
Matthew MakAbsolutely. I'm excited as well. It's it's great to you know meet a lot of the elites, and it's super exciting. And then just like the energy level has always been so good, right?
Yasmin SaadOh my gosh. People here, they bring it, they show up, they're supportive, they're collaborative. Oh, yeah. I love how willing people are to give back to the community.
Matthew MakOf course, right? And it it's cool. Like, even like today, I'm just throwing it out there before I get into the questions and all. Uh, like I had like some messages that came through some other members, just like, hey, check this out. I'm like, cool, thank you for sharing, right? It's yeah, it's it's great, it's really great. Yeah, and I hope I can uh eventually do the same because there's a lot of stuff that I've been working on too to also share what else that's possible, right? With uh these awesome tools that we have now before us in this era.
Yasmin SaadIt's so amazing and it it's so wonderful. I was actually just chatting today with one of the companies that I utilize their services, and I was like, hey, it would be so nice to have this feature and also this feature. They're like, Oh, we don't have those currently. I was like, listen, I love what you're doing and I love what you're building. Yeah, as a heavy user, this would just be nice to have.
Matthew MakAbsolutely, right? And it's it's like it opens up the door now that the possibilities there are endless of what can be done now, right?
Yasmin SaadIt's literally truly, it goes back to Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Whatever you can conceive and you believe you will achieve. Like, and I just I love this idea that it's that thought, it's so much is coming to be now. It's a cool era of life.
Matthew MakThat's awesome. That's awesome. And also to throw out there, my plans are to eventually open up a location down your end, like uh Fort Lauderdale area, Naples. You know, I know I don't I know like that's the other coast. Well, well, Naples, you're like two and a half hours away, highway, right? It's just one big coast.
Yasmin SaadYeah, Fort Lauderdale, we're basically 90 minutes straight across, straight across, okay, straight across um Alligator Alley, I-75, and you are Naples to Fort Lauderdale, and then yes, Miami Homestead sits a little bit south.
Matthew MakOkay, okay, yeah. Well, somewhat still closer to where I am now versus the future plans.
Yasmin SaadFor sure, for sure.
Matthew MakCool, awesome. So we'll get into the questionnaires. Okay, so Yasmin, tell us what's the lie you told yourself the the longest before you finally started what you're doing.
Yasmin SaadOkay, well, I mean, there's a lot of different ways we could look at the lies that I have told myself to get where I am at and where I'm going, because I think it's it's an evolutionary process. And so we get to one point and then it's like, oh, well, what about the next point? I mean, something so simple for me. My background is broadcast journalism. And I was a producer and a reporter when I left that industry before coming to Naples and moving into the real estate space.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadAnd for years I was actually doing like YouTube videos and doing all this like online video before anybody was doing it. Nobody was doing videos, and I was doing videos, and then everybody started doing it, and social media really came about, and Instagram came about, and I stopped. And then I was like, So the lie that I told myself was, you know, I think it's one that a lot of people relate to is it's too late. That space is already taken. Somebody else is already doing that. Well, if that was true, we would only have one of everything in life, right? There would be no competition, there would be no similar like brands. You wouldn't have Lululemon and Aloe Yoga and Beyond Yoga and Viore. They're all doing very similar things in the same space. And so the lie that I really told myself was it was just too late for me to make an impact online and in the social space. And it couldn't be further from the truth. I I started posting three times a day without missing on January 28th, 2026. Okay. And I had right about 1,200 followers on Instagram.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadAnd just tracking one metric. Now I could go through all the metrics, but if we just look at one metric, and so then in less than six months, I grew that to over 3,700 followers. Amazing. More so than that is taking the time to actually message every single follower and business coming from it and signing clients from it. And we're not talking about like little deals, we're talking about, you know, signing clients that are looking to buy for 1.2 million. We're talking about families that want to relocate in there in the eight to 12 million dollar space. And literally, the feedback I get from people is so encouraging and keeps me moving forward because people will just message me to say, I'm not buying, but I love what you're sharing. Thank you so much. I wish I would have known this when I moved here. Yeah. And I didn't know this. And I love this history. And I love, and these are all the things that I've just shared with clients one-on-one for sure. Living here.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadSo it's been really cool. That's a fun lie to un unwind.
Matthew MakYeah. And then, like, prior, so prior to like living in Naples, where were you before?
Yasmin SaadSo I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. And then I went away and came back a couple of times. But uh, when I graduated from college, I graduated and actually was already working in the journalism field, and I was working in Omaha, Nebraska. So I moved to Naples, Florida from Omaha.
Matthew MakAwesome. And so what's kind of interesting on the topic that you're seeing about like, you know, um people sharing with you, saying, like, you know, they like the feedback that you're getting, uh, or you're providing them about Naples and moving there and all the like cool information and all, right? So now let's say someone for myself, I'm coming from Toronto, right? So from Canada down to the states now, right? So now uh it's it's dipping into kind of understanding now how does the E2 visa works and like being able to come down there and have that information, have the right network connections on being able to get your foot into that next step, right? Absolutely.
Yasmin SaadAnd I mean, Naples is Toronto South. If you haven't been here, you start talking to people and you won't get very far. And somebody you know from Toronto has either visited here or has a second home here or is considering moving here. I can't even count the number of families at our school that relocated here from Toronto. Yeah, and just great, great people. We love our northern neighbors and they love being here, they love our sunshine.
Matthew MakYeah, of course.
Yasmin SaadYeah, and being able to help navigate. So we definitely have that down. You know, how are we gonna get you here? What does that look like for you and your situation? Um and we've got some really great connections. I've got some people that we've been working with, you know, just to buy a business because that's one of the easiest ways to do it. Yeah, but of course, you have to meet the right metrics on that, and so understanding all of those details, yeah. And as you well know, it's so individual. So it really depends on each person and their scenario and what they're trying to achieve and what they're trying to do here.
Matthew MakCorrect. Yeah, well, we'll talk more about that later.
Yasmin SaadYeah, we can definitely get you hooked up. And I would say step one is having a really great attorney on your side.
Matthew MakYes, absolutely. Awesome, awesome, and that yeah, that's cool. And then, like uh to touch base about like how you were saying about the things that you were telling yourself about like you know, being too late and things like that, that's where it plays, where it's the subconscious, right? Like, it's all our subconscious playing tricks on us, and it's now being able to recognize that it's not true, it's just my subconscious playing tricks on me, right? And I'm not gonna believe you, right? So, like, even with Dan, um, when he said the thank um, sorry, uh, what was that saying? Um, thank you, not needed. Like saying even to yourself now, it's like so empowering, such such a simple line. And you're telling yourself that, or to whomever around you, uh, thank you, not needed. And I'm just like, this is unbelievable.
Yasmin SaadYeah, because it listen, I and I we're all we all we're all humans, so we're all a part of this experience. We all make up stories. Of course. Now it's like when you get to that conscious level where you can recognize and acknowledge this is a story. Yeah, so let's just go ahead and change that. And if we're gonna make up a story, we might as well make it a really good one, something that's gonna empower us, something that's gonna make us feel good, something that's gonna move us forward, help us grow versus the things that just shrink us.
Matthew MakOh yeah, no, for sure. Now, who did you have to disappoint to get this off the ground?
Yasmin SaadOh my gosh. That's so easy to say. Like the disappointment is really then hard. I'm a mom. I have a 17. Well, sorry, no, he I have an 18-year-old. Okay, I have an adult living in my home, but then I have a seven-year-old. And my seven-year-old, my 18-year-old really grew up literally like working with me and in my business, and just that's all he knows. But my seven-year-old, even though this is all I've done as well, it's just a different personality. And so I mean, even this morning, I had to have a conversation and say, listen, mommy's got to do this work. I this is what I'm focused on, but I'm doing this right now so that then I can have some time with you. You know, we have some special things planned coming up, and I want to be able to be focused and be present. And so I find that there is some like moderate um near-term disappointment, I guess I would say. Yeah. Where you are saying like no to something now because you're saying yes to something later.
Matthew MakLater, yeah.
Yasmin SaadAnd at the same time, I don't, I, I, I don't apologize for that. And I don't really feel bad about it because at this point in life, and my understanding is I do understand that when we want to achieve something, you have to say no a lot in order to say yes to yourself. And so I made a commitment to myself and what I was doing with my business, and so a part of that is saying no.
Matthew MakYeah, you know, sometimes that's saying no to the kids, and yeah, and that's really hard, right? Like I have I have three, but they're younger, they're like, well, uh, I have a seven-year-old too, so I got nine, seven, and four. Sure, right? And it's very, as you know, busy life to have kids and all that, and it's yeah, it's it's so hard to disappoint them. It hurts you inside because it's the same idea I have in my mind where it's like I'm doing this for the future, but then now I'm getting also to the point where I'm thinking, how much can I tackle my day? Where do I can I start delegating? Right? I'm at that point now.
Yasmin SaadYeah, the delegation I think is key. And but even more so beyond that, I do really truly believe the lessons that the kids learn are so important in that delayed gratification and understanding that, which is really hard for a four-year-old and for a seven-year-old. A nine-year-old can get it a lot more, but the four-year-old and seven-year-old is like, you got that ice cream bar right in front of you. They want that. Yes, they want to eat that. Uh the benefit I have in having an older child is I'm also a more experienced parent. So I do understand that sometimes while they're like disappointed, I know that that's really not gonna last. And that's what's better and more important is that they learn the lesson and that they understand. One of the things that we do together as a family is we do family goal planning together, we build vision boards together, and then we talk about it. We talk about what everyone's goals are, and especially like for my little last year, it was like a big deal. She really wanted to learn how to read and do some other things. And so we had this up, and it's in front of her on her mirror in her bathroom, and we're talking about it. Yeah, and then she's achieving it, and then we look at it, we're like, look what you did. Like, it's so awesome! And so then it's important for me as the parent to also talk to my children about what is important to me and what goals I have. Yeah, and I do live believe in like living by example, like, hey, eat healthy, have a healthy active lifestyle. I work out every single day. Yeah, I make good, healthy choices. Do I love to have a treat? Yes. Do I have a treat every day? No, because that's a routine, not a treat. So yes, I get that it's hard with the little children and the youngs. And at the same time, I think it's great lessons for them. They they can't get everything all the time. That then then nothing's special.
Matthew MakAnd I must say, I thank you for actually sharing that because that also now shares to me a different thought process, right? Of it to not feel really guilty about it, more of a lesson, right?
Yasmin SaadRight, because then what are you teaching them? If you're teaching them that, like, oh, you're disappointed, so now I'm gonna stop doing what's important to me so that I can accommodate you, but then ultimately that's gonna hurt you.
Matthew MakOf course.
Yasmin SaadAnd it's just kind of about meeting them where they are and with the age that they're at and engaging them. And when my son was really little, um, you know, he'd want like some little Thomas the train something. And so we would take a picture of what he wanted and we would set the goal like, what do you have to do? What do you have to achieve so that you have earned that? And there's just not any gifting. And then they understand too that mom or dad, you have to do things to earn the things that you want to do.
Matthew MakYes, of course.
Yasmin SaadYeah.
Matthew MakAwesome. Yeah, no, absolutely, and it makes total sense, right? And again, it's just like saying it now puts different perspective in my mind.
Yasmin SaadIt's just a reminder, right? Like, and we have to surround ourselves with you know, people that are thinking that same way and parents that are parenting that way, and just reminding ourselves, like, you know, you if if you're disappointed now, you'll be really disappointed later if I don't like.
Matthew MakWhich is very true. All right, so what's a decision you made that looked reckless from the outside, but made total sense to you?
Yasmin SaadI have this vision in my mind, and it is so completely clear to me about the things that I am building and that I'm growing beyond my day-to-day just residential real estate. Yeah. And so I just kind of decided to blow up my entire work life all at once. And when you're in it and when you're like starting to do it, it's like you get exhausted. Like, do I really want to do this? Because I'm comfortable, right? I'm comfortable. And then you're like, and you're complacent, and there's in that complacency, there's that comfort and it's status quo, and it's it's the double, you know.
Matthew MakYeah. Oh, yeah.
Yasmin SaadIt's just like, okay, what if I take all this risk and I try to build these things and it totally fails, right? I could just stay right where I'm at. But um I kind of did a weird crazy vision, and I just like looked back at myself and I thought, if I died today and people saw like everything, all the inner workings, I would be so disappointed in myself that they were like, really? That's it, like yeah. Um, so I think that has been I'm kind of in the middle of living all of that right now. Yeah, and I can't say for sure that what I've done is a hundred percent positive, but I will tell you, I'm starting to see some incredible fruits of my labor, and it's really kind of fun to watch myself win a little bit, you know.
Matthew MakYes, and you're gonna see your little bit of that.
Yasmin SaadIt's kind of fun.
Matthew MakYou see your achievements, right? Like, yeah, and it's it's actually pretty cool. So I'm reading this book right now that I saw. Um, I don't know if you've met yet Luke Luke Potter from our from our group. Not in person, I haven't met him, but we've chatted online a few times.
Yasmin SaadHe's he's so sweet, so funny. Um, hysterical that whole eyelash video lockdown thing, but like the way that the internet responds to you, which is so funny to me. Yeah, um, I feel like once you get haters, you're winning. So if you don't have people complaining, you're just not doing enough.
Matthew MakAbsolutely. So he posted, I can't remember from who that recommended him this book, uh, The Gap in the Gain. So I ordered it. That yeah, so now I'm reading it and I'm like so into it. I'm like, and so now like this talk that brought to my mind was the ideal, right? So, like you got your start, you got your achievements, and then you got your ideal, right? And then that's what you're making me think of now is is that it's like, yeah, like we always end up somehow falling into the gap one way or another, whether it's personal, business, or whatever it is. And then it's like, nope, you got to take that step back and put yourself in the game, right?
Yasmin SaadAll right, so two things I will share with you, which that book to me, it spoke to me. I mean, well, probably like was screaming at me. Um, I always think of when I think about that book and I think about what it says, and I think about myself included, you know, myself included, you know, when you think about being high achievers, yep, you're chasing the sunset, and you're never gonna catch the sunset, right? Like if you're chasing it, and so you get so like narrow vision focused, tunnel vision. You're like, you're just like going, like, I'm gonna like chase, I'm gonna get this, I'm gonna get this, and it's just not something you're ever catching. Yep. And so I too try to like kind of perspective myself in that, but then it reminded me of this really cool thing I started doing years ago, and sometimes, Matthew, I don't even know how or why I started some of these things, but it's just it's it's just like something that I did. Yeah, but I started this document, and it's all the incredible experiences and achievements of my life, yeah. And it's just all the like things that are uniquely to me, and things that I'm really proud of about me and my life, or things that I've gotten to see or do or have. Um, and that is such a cool thing. If you want to get out of that gap real quick, and you want to look at your gain, start writing down just the things that you have achieved and done. And man, you start reading it and you're like, whoa. Well, yeah, this and then you compare, and it's not about comparing to anyone else but yourself, but then you really get to realize like how far you're beautiful, precious, amazing life that you have created and you get to have.
Matthew MakYeah, and that's where like I found it so cool too. It's that um when Danigan shares about like the best thing about each and every one of us is our story. Yeah, right. And then when you get to see it in perspective and see it written down too, and you know what's what's caught, not you know, taught idea, but writing it down, it it's like, yeah, you like look at it and you said, Oh my god, like look where I am now and look where I was then.
Yasmin SaadRight, and then you really appreciate it. Oh my gosh.
Matthew MakYes, and you really appreciate it, which is cool.
Yasmin SaadAnd I don't know if you're the same as me, that sometimes I'm like, so for I've I've been in this industry now for 23 years.
Matthew MakOkay.
Yasmin SaadAnd sometimes now I look back and I think I still feel like that basically that young 20-year-old that got started in the business. I still feel that way. And I'm like, wow, I I have so much knowledge and growth that I've gained, but I feel yet so young and like I'm moving. Dor, you are it's all in the mindset, it's all in the mindset. I'm moving and I have so much room for growth and expansion, and so it's just a really like cool place to be.
Matthew MakOh, for sure. Everything's in the mind, right? It's in our minds, the age, the body, all that is just you know, it is what it is, just a number, right? But it it's the mindset that sets the tone for everything, right? And that's what I feel, and for sure, like you get that energy burst, like you're you're you're only just getting started. That's what I feel like. Um every time only just getting started.
Yasmin SaadThat's how I really feel. I'm like, yeah, I'm just getting started. And I think that goes back to the question you'd asked earlier about you know, these these disappointments, or like I might just be getting started now, but again, it's that same old adage I can start now, or in 10 years look back and say, where would I be if I had started then?
Matthew MakCorrect.
Yasmin SaadAnd somebody recently, or maybe it was in a book. And this was also just a great reframe. It was like, yeah, you know, you look back and you're like, Oh, my 20 year old self. Well, how about you reverse that? Like you're nine.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadWhat what would you like be wishing you would have started at you know 40, 45, 50, 60, even? You know, we live a long time now and healthy long time.
Matthew MakOh, yeah, for sure. For sure. No, it's it's it's great. And then you just keep inspiring the people around you. Like, are um I find the biggest thing that affects each and every one of us is the environment. It's who we surround ourselves with. That's what helps elevate each and every one of us. And you know, I went through this um challenge, and I'm sure many, many of us have gone through it, and when we share it, it's not really ever, you know, shown on social, but just talking in person, where there always finds a time where it seems like family, the closest people around you, you would think that they're your number one fans or most supportive, depending who could be uncles, aunts, cousins, whatever it is. But I've found that it's actually all people like yourself and who we surround ourselves with, it's like they support you all day long, no matter what, no judgment, just keep pushing one another, and then your true haters are the ones that are closest around you, even friends, like close friends that you thought maybe were your good friends, right? Like, I think we both have to be able to do that.
Yasmin SaadI think I mean I totally understand where you're coming from, and I think it it relates back to like when you meet your friend's kids and they're little, and then you watch them grow up, but you always remember them little. And I try not to, I I totally hear where you're coming from, and and I do definitely like agree that like I think that the problem is more so that people just get you stuck, like you met them like in this spot in your life, or like right here. So this is how they see you, and they always think of you. Yeah, so as you grow and you expand, they don't necessarily recognize it or see it.
Matthew MakBecause they're a different level still.
Yasmin SaadIt's just yeah, and it's and um I used to really struggle with that, to be honest. I really would struggle with that, and then I got to a point where I just realized everybody's doing the very best they can with what they have and what they know and and where they are. Yeah, and if I reframe it to say, no matter what, I know Matthew's doing the very best he can with where he's at, then I don't start judging.
Matthew MakYeah, which I don't do, right?
Yasmin SaadYeah, criticizing, and I just it's an acceptance thing. Exactly. I 100% have had to go through this with very close people to me, you know, family members, friends, and where I just have to say that, you know, I love this person and I want to have this relationship. And having this relationship is more important to me than fighting these little things, and so I just smile and say, Okay, and in my mind, thank you, not needed.
Matthew MakYep, exactly. No, I totally hear you, and I don't judge either, and I just step back and I just accept it. I said, you know what, this is as far as they know and what they see, and it is what it is, there's nothing wrong with it, there's nothing wrong with anyone, right? It's just you're just choosing to do a different path, right?
Yasmin SaadYeah, I well, one of my great mentors, there's no jerks in the world until you show up. Yeah, because now you've identified someone to be so yes, of course.
Matthew MakAnd uh and okay, so uh what would you tell someone who has the skill but not the guts?
Yasmin SaadI would say one of my favorite quotes is the chief cause of failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want right now. And so what's scarier? Looking back in a month, a year, five years, ten years, and saying, gosh, I wish I would have at least tried.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadOr taking that first step. And I'm a big believer in accountability, and so sometimes just to take that first step, you have to create an accountability that's scarier than taking that. You know, I would I've done accountabilities where it's like, okay, I have to hit certain business metrics, whether it's a certain number of appointments or it's a certain number of people I talk to a day. And then if I don't, I mean, one of the worst ones was I was gonna write a $5,000 check to um a political candidate, yeah, not of my choosing.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadAnd I was like, What am I doing? No way is that happening. Like, I'm not gonna support something I don't believe in. Like, I just and so to me, that was way more painful than just picking up the phone and and talking to people. And so for somebody that's struggling and on the fence and not sure how to take that first step, two things. Number one, you have to look at what's the most important thing to you. Because if the goal that you would achieve if you took that first step is the most important thing to you, then the scarier thing is waking up the next day and not having started.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadYeah.
Matthew MakAmazing. Amazing. I love that. It's great. Like I've always been a big uh believer of you have to um like of course execute, um, but whenever opportunities present themselves, I say you you have to take the leap to try it, because if you don't, you never know whether it's gonna fail or not, and not be scared of it not working, but at least you tried, right? And then you know how to move forward from there, right? Like from career paths, friendships, all all the above. Like that's what I always did. Something came came about, I tried it. If it didn't work, move on. Try the next thing, try the next thing, right? Because I feel like that's what helps push you forward further.
Yasmin SaadAbsolutely, you gotta get out of that comfort zone a little bit. And uh you know, I was thinking about like one of the scariest things that kind of I did is I was married before when I got divorced, I wrote a list of the characters I would want, and I called it my perfect partner list.
Matthew MakOkay.
Yasmin SaadBut the second part of that was I said, okay, what am I willing to do to meet the perfect partner? And one of those was to say yes to invitations. And my life, I really don't believe my life today would look like what it looks like in my community, had it not been for that. Because in saying yes, that meant saying yes to going to a birthday party, a bunch of girls going out where I really didn't know anyone. And then that turned into really incredible friendships that I still have today. Yeah, and that turned into business opportunities that never would have come about just because I showed up and I was present and talking to people. And so you've got to say yes because you're saying yes to your own life, of course.
Matthew MakAbsolutely, right? Absolutely, and you choose your time, right?
Yasmin SaadYeah.
Matthew MakAll right, and now uh the last question here for you where can people find you? And what are you building other than just what you're doing right now selling homes?
Yasmin SaadI'm so excited you asked. Okay. Um, so where can you find me? Well, I'm in Naples, Florida, and I can easily be found online. You can catch me on Instagram at yesme sod.naples. And I'm on all the social platforms, but that one's the one where I'm checking it most frequently. So if there's a delay in our response, then just give me a few minutes or maybe, and I'll get to you on the other platforms. But I I that would be the fastest way if you want to catch me.
Matthew MakYes.
Yasmin SaadUm, and I talk about all things Naples, about living here, fun facts about the community and the history, and of course, market information. And it's pretty obvious if you talk to me for more than five minutes about how much I love it here. So that shows up really quick.
Matthew MakYou got the smile, you got the happiness showing the glow, you know, you got the sunshine practically 12 months of the year.
Yasmin SaadHey, you do you get sunshine almost every single day here, and sunshine makes for happy people. So you know, hence why so many people from Toronto want to come down. You got a lot of sunshine to share.
Matthew MakThat's awesome. Yeah, absolutely.
Yasmin SaadSo I'm building a couple of things right now that I'm really, really excited about. Um, I started out, I was just building things for my team, uh, getting everything out of my head so that people could really understand truly the way I think and how I built the business and exactly what to say and how to say it to people. And so I put together all of these operating procedures. And the coolest thing that I did was put together our sell by chat playbook.
Matthew MakYeah.
Yasmin SaadBecause I learned to sell over the phone. And then I took everything I know about selling on the phone and through uh Dan Molt Martel's elite coaching program, learning about sell by chat, because I really wasn't familiar on how you would sell on the internet real estate, and people are spending, you know, hundreds of thousands, millions and millions of dollars, and they're gonna trust somebody because they messaged me on Instagram. They do, which is because it's all a proven system that I've put into play and action and gotten real results out of. So then I thought, gosh, wouldn't this be a cool thing to share?
Matthew MakYep.
Yasmin SaadAnd so I took my name off of everything and I took, I fully autonomized it, and so I made it that anybody anywhere could literally take this and just plug and play and operate and know exactly what to say to people and what the cadence is and how to function. And then I uh published that and it's been selling very quietly and slowly. I'm I'm really now amping up a marketing program for that, and I'm kind of really excited about that.
Matthew MakAmazing, good job.
Yasmin SaadThen I got another little something I'm working on as well for people in business to track their goals and just get like a little daily reminder and reverse engineer the metrics. So every day you don't have to think about that goal way out there a year from now or even the end of the quarter. You can just be like, okay, this is exactly what I need to do today. I need to talk to this many people, set this many appointments.
Matthew MakAmazing.
Yasmin SaadSo I'm super excited about those things.
Matthew MakThat's that's awesome. That's amazing. Great, great stuff. Yeah, there's just it's just endless and good for you.
Yasmin SaadYeah, I guess more ideas, I guess more ideas brewing in there.
Matthew MakThat's it. That's it. And then just start.
Yasmin SaadI love to build, I love building things, and I I think it's really cool and to be in that creative space and allow the mind to really work. And the space that we're in today, I know we started the call with this, the space that we're in today where you for me personally, I was always so stuck in that I don't know how to necessarily do something. And now in today's world, I don't necessarily have to know how, I have to know what I want to achieve and what the end result is gonna look like. Yeah, and there's so much help out there now, it's so fabulous. I just I'm excited to be in this space and in the world at this time.
Matthew MakMe too. Me too. Well, Yasmin, well, thank you so much for joining me and sharing your time on Built Without Permission. And uh, we'll definitely keep in touch. And hey, listen, we can always do more.
Yasmin SaadI love it, I love it. I'm so glad that you and I have gotten to meet through Elite and connect and share and grow together.
Matthew MakAwesome.
Yasmin SaadWell, we're gonna get to the sunshine state for sure.
